The Raw Truth about THE INVISIBLE ME.

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you for everyone who has read my blogs so far. For all those who have heard my cry over the phone or who have witnessed my inner pain that I am about to reveal.


💥INVISIBLE ME💥


THE LUMP:


Was I scared? Yes, I was scared but I knew that I had to see the doctor immediately. I decided to leave work early but on my way out I saw one of my colleagues, which at that point I just broke down in tears. I was in so much pain.


My tears were fear of the unknown. Tears of being tired of feeling pain in my body, heart and mind.


Tears show strength and are cleansing for the soul. Don't ever feel ashamed to cry. LET IT ALL OUT!





Rule 1: Set a Selfcare timer on your mobile phone 📲 . This could be set for your daily checkin to evaluate your well-being.


As busy beings it is so easy to forget ourselves.


Appointments were scheduled to have a scan to see what this swelling was and the pain in my shoulders were controlled by pain killers.


Thank God it was nothing to worry about by the end of the scan but there was something else waiting round the corner............


This was the day when I became totally INVISIBLE.





Loneliness came with the invisibility at work.

Decisions that were made triggered feelings from the past and this was lethal.


Thing is, I didn't realise how lethal it was. The more crap I took the more broken I became.


I am so grateful for my loved ones who would talk to me on my phone or we would send voice notes to eachother as I got closer to work. This somewhat helped the anxiety that was there in the pit of my stomach.
